We excel at projects where the owner is involved in the process. Many owners are more comfortable with a contract structure that gives them the opportunity to make modifications and adjustments as their vision becomes a reality. We do many of our projects on a cost plus fee basis with a guaranteed maximum price, allowing maximum flexibility for owner input along with the security of a concise line-item budget. This process is by far the most transparent to the owner, and allows us to select materials and vendors that represent the best value to the owner.
About The Team
Jerry Turano, President and Project Manager
Jerry is an exceptionally experienced construction professional who has served in the industry as a tradesman, subcontractor, superintendent, project manager, estimator, and general contractor. He has worked in various capacities on residential, historic, government, educational, sports facilities, industrial, and commercial projects, and is a team player with a results-oriented attitude. Jerry is a Florida Certified General Contractor and Certified Home Inspector, and especially enjoys projects where the client is involved in the construction process.
Karen Turano, Accounting Manager and Project Administrator
Karen has over 25 years experience directing entire office operations. Her experience includes managing accounting, banking, and bookkeeping functions, securing sales and contracts, preparing and submitting proposals, and communicating with vendors and customers. Karen is detail-oriented with exceptional follow-through and has a proven track record for achieving business objectives and meeting client needs. Karen is also a licensed real estate agent in the state of Florida.
Kelly Bailey, Projects Administrator
Kelly is the newest member of our team and has quickly become indispensable for keeping the flow of information on track. Joining us in November of 2015, she has worked as a title agent, a store manager for a large retailer, and sales representative for a long-established flooring contractor. Her professionalism, organizational skills, and clear communication are greatly appreciated by us and our clients.
Max Gonzalez, Lead Carpenter and Superintendent
Max has learned a great deal from his uncle Ernesto Medina. Like Ernesto, he is competent in several construction trades and displays his even temperament and commitment to doing his work properly on every project. His sense of urgency is communicated in a manner that builds teamwork and comradery among those doing the work, and confidence from our clients. Max is bi-lingual English/Spanish and enjoys working with owners and professional consultants.
